Michelangelo’s place was perfect for my needs. Friendly and accommodating host, clean room, bathroom, and common spaces. About a 15m drive from Virginia Beach oceanfront. Free street parking in residential neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!

I loved so many things about Vicky's place that I hardly know where to start. It's a lovely home in a great location full of shops cafes and restaurants. the Saturday farmers market was fun and I even found great gluten-free food at the Thai Market. Vicky was just as nice as anyone could be, and her three little dogs were adorable and added to the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and exactly as described in the listing. More spacious and well equipped than a comparably priced hotel. The houses in the neighborhood are close together but that was not an issue during our stay. Well there was someone practicing trumpet next door when we arrived but fortunately that did not last too long LOL. A nice 1 mile walk to the waterfront. The only minor glitch was the arrival instructions mentioning the "front door" but there are actually two front doors and the obvious one is the wrong one. A very pleasant stay. I appreciated the cancellation option for a small fee, fortunately we did not have to use it.

The bed was everything !!!!! so comfy. Beautiful decor. Nice lighting. And the room was cool enough without the fan and not cold. It was really close to a really good breakfast spot call The Bird. I wasn't driving but I could walk there. It located by the water which is really after break I sat by the dock. Her house is peaceful I'm not a light sleeper but when ready for bed I like peace and quiet and I had just that. If I am headed back this way I will book here if available. I loved my stay.

Claudia and Wayne were incredible! They were so welcoming and made me feel like right at home. I was up early and came home late, so I slept most of my stay, but the bed was super comfy and the room was cozy! Claudia was really thoughtful and helped me find local stores for everything I needed. She’s super responsive and really kind! I had a great time chatting with them throughout my stay. The house is in a perfect location! I’m only checking out to go home for a week, but I’ll definitely be back and booking with them again while I’m working in the Suffolk area!
