Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The country-style apartment is located at the Mühlenhof Grandlmühle in a quiet setting with its own private entrance. The non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and fully accessible. With us, children have the opportunity to explore nature and discover new things about herbs and plants. Our goats, sheeps, chickens, ducks and our cat Schnurli are always happy to welcome you.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
