The apartment is bright, spacious and very pleasant and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the day, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Discounted parking lot from 2:00 p.m. is across the street. The apartment is accessorized with everything you need :) **There is no bomb shelter in the building**
