Our stay at Renee’s was very enjoyable! She sent clear instructions prior to our check in, which made finding and getting into the place very easy. It was incredibly clean and well appointed - there were even a few snacks and drinks which was great to hold us over until we could go to Sprouts (just a few blocks away!). My parents said the king bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a big compliment from them. It was an easy, short drive to George Steinbrenner field (near Raymond James Stadium) for the baseball game. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Hyde Park historic homes area! The neighborhood is absolutely charming—tree-lined streets, stunning historic architecture, and such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was. We were just a short stroll from the River Walk, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive. Laura’s place was the perfect home base. It was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. You can tell Laura really cares about her guests—every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for charm, convenience, and a relaxing experience in one of the loveliest parts of the city!

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place in Tampa! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. I really appreciated Justin’s prompt and kind communication throughout our trip. Thoughtful touches like makeup remover wipes, extra towels, and coffee with cream and sugar in the kitchen made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his home to anyone visiting the area.

The vibes in this place are absolutely on point. The backyard feels like a beautiful relaxing fortress. Grill was in great shape and there was plenty of seating. It's very close to Raymond James Stadium. Only downside of the location is there aren't a ton of nice restaurants around. A quick Uber trip will get you where you want to be, though. Love the plants, decor, the AC is strong, and the kitchen has all the basic cooking tools you'd expect. Will rebook here!

I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

Have stayed here a couple times now and it is a great find. Comfortable bed and couch, spacious one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and lots of privacy. Will be back!

Christy and Kaye made it easy for us to enjoy our stay .. we requested for an early checkin and late checkout as we had odd connections, that despite being made last minute, were accommodated in friendly manner after their due diligence with Cleaning Agency and Bookings. We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!
