Second bedroom has additional set of bunks with double on bottom. There is an outside shower. For boaters and fishermen, there is room to park your boat and it’s about 500 yards from a public marina!

A studio apartment located 10 miles east of downtown Beaufort and 7 miles from Harkers Island. This spacious studio has hard wood floors, beautiful granite counter tops, convection oven, gas stove and large back patio. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min. drive) or Radio Island (15 min. drive). Take a right at the waterfront... just 4 blocks away you will find local retail shops, ferry services, parasailing, catamarans, historic home tours, museum, restaurants, pubs and the famous Beaufort boardwalk.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking
