Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment with a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.
