Monthly Rentals in Harlem, Manhattan

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

We stayed at Simon’s place for nearly a month. And decided to stay three months more.. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped. It is incredibly clean and cozy. It felt like . There are two subway lines close by. (2-3,5-6) . It takes only 20 minutes walk to Northern part of Central Park. Simon was a great host and responsible and always happy to assist. I really loved the handwritten card on the arrival wine and also the snacks… it was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. The Wi-Fi worked at all times and you can watch Netflix, Disney l, prime l, Hulu, etc. whatever you like… I can only suggest having a vacuum cleaner. For long stays just uslng a dust pan to clean is very challenging. Apart from this, everything was great. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Larry was incredibly responsive and helpful. His place was very clean and tidy. Just 200 metres from the subway it was very handy and accessible. With the frequent express lines we could literally get to Downtown Manhattan inside 10mins of walking out the door. The neighbourhood feels safe and friendly.
