Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. Walking distance to the store and there are nice walking paths nearby, both in the woods and towards the sea. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur.
