During the Summer months we have a pier available to fish off of. There are two fire pits, one by the lake and another tucked away near the house. I have a boat slip available if you want to bring your own 18' or smaller boat. There is a fire-table on the patio for those quiet nights sitting out under the stars. Winter is spectacular here too. Nearby is the Nashotah Park, with a dog park and hiking trails. Lions park has an area for parties.

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
