Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben klein, aber für 2 Personen und ein paar Nächte völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, da man direkt am Meer ist und trotzdem zentral auf Cape Cod gelegen. Die Küche ist für das Frühstück und einfache Gerichte ausreichend und die Kommunikation mit Traci lief auch super.

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

This is one of the units I booked for overflow and was pleasantly surprised. Though essentially a stand alone unit with it's own entrance, it is also a part of a large country house on a wooded lot; great for privacy but not far from major Cape routes like 6A. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a good amount of windows. The living room/kitchen area also has multiple windows, one of which looks out into nice woods. The owner—Eli--is great, a very nice and helpful host who knows the Cape inside and out and can help you with recommendations. He touts the richness of Brewster pond locations including Sheep’s Pond which has been called the cleanest pond on the Cape. A 5-minute walk or one minute car ride brings you to a parking lot for the Cape Cod Rail Trail for walking and bicycling, and a less than 10-minute car ride will take you to Nickerson State Park with its beautiful lake and hiking trails. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the location, accommodations and hosting.

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

Wonderful hosts with a very nice property. The airbnb appartment is very clean, quiet and well located. Enough space for stuff or cooking lovers. We also enjoyed the pool very much. If you are discovering the cape, it is a perfect starting point for the north (P-Town, iconic beach next door, Nausea etc.). Ferry to ACK is also very close. I highly recommend the place. Do not forget to dine at Mac‘s Shack.

This was our 2nd year staying at Ginas place. Its clean and comfortble. Great location. We will be back next year!!😊

The family was really nice, and helpful! The place was amazing, clean, very well decorated, with extra amenities, making the stay so much more inviting! Flexible check in and check out schedule, and great location! Will definitely be booking again, in the near future :)

The en-suite was well located, close to the steamship authority and Hy-Lines which were only 3-5 minutes walks away at a normal pace. The Hyannis strip was also close by and a walk away by 10-15 minutes consisting of shops and restaurants. The only thing is there’s quite a few homeless people, so be mindful of that and they will ask for money. The apartment its self was as described my only qualm about it is the keypad ease. It’s a little finicky. It was super clean, had everything you need. Parking, Towels, soap, AC, clean bed sheets. I would definitely stay here again. There is a booklet in the en-suite with various information from safety numbers to food recommendations. You can tell Craig has put a lot of effort into the Airbnb. I’d highly recommend this airbnb, it was perfect for the cape.

Great location and Sharon is very responsive. The space is also very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience.

We loved the place the moment we walked in. It felt like home, warm and welcoming and with all the little details that made us feel comfortable and taken care off. The place was exactly like described and had all the amenities we could wish for. It has a lot of local Cape Cod character and reflects the personality of the hosts, something we love when we stay at an Airbnb. The location is perfect: two blocks from the beach and in the midst of a quaint and quiet neighborhood with complete privacy. Billy and Beth turned out to be the best hosts and introduced as to the local music scene. Wonderful stay. We'll come back.

Great place to stay!

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

L'appartement AirBnB était très bien situé, dans un endroit paisible et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage.... C'est comme si nous avions notre condominium à Cape Cod. Quand le moment sera venu, ça sera mon choix #1.

Peaceful stay in Eastham. Beautiful place and amenities. We biked to the Rail Trail and to First Encounter Beach. Kayaks were a nice touch though the mosquitoes prevented us from using them. I loved the porch swing and the kitchen is super cute!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

This was the perfect place for a couple’s trip to the Cape. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, and the space has everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants to visit and activities to do all within a 20 minute drive. Inman Beach was the closest beach we visited, and it was a quick 10 minute walk away and the beach chairs provided by Elizabeth were very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lynn was a great Host. She was very responsive . the unit is very clean and everything you need is at your fingertips. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!

Tinas place is wonderful. Our family had great time. We enjoyed heated pool and hot jet in a private setting. There is a firepit by the pool and ptown is at an hour drive. We'll be coming back!

Really cute and nice place! Would have been nice to know that one of the beds was a child bed since we had to have a guest sleep on the couch but otherwise, really quaint place for a getaway in a beautiful area!

This was a comfortable stay for our young family. The house was well stocked and very central, it had everything we needed. Our hosts were communicative and thoughtful, they left swim toys for our kids and sent us a step stool for our son when we needed one. Would recommend!
