Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The apartment in the heart of Zornheim is 55 square meters and suitable for max. four people. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and still be only a few kilometers from the state capital of Mainz. A king-size box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm is available, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests on a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
