The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

In Wachenheim there is the Kurpfalzpark, a leisure and wildlife park for the whole family. The nearby shopping facilities such as Edeka, Penny and Action Markt and self-catering, for example in the Döneria at this parking lot, are advantageous. Centrally located house (close to Kulturviereck) is spacious and welcoming, despite the low ceiling height. The lower floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with built-in closet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a children's room and built-in wardrobe, as well as two more bedrooms with a large bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
