Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Beautiful cottage on the Altrhein 6-8 people/near MA/HD

The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Speyer Old Town: Garden house for 1-2 people

The quiet garden house with 33 square meters is located in the garden of my house and has a separate access/entrance. The bed size is 140 x 200 cm. Please note when booking for 2 people! The living room with couch, mini kitchen and sitting area is on the ground floor. The bed on the gallery can be reached via a comfortable ladder. The large bathroom is also a dressing room. I would be happy to give tips for activities. Washing machine use for an extra charge. There are discounts for university students

Holiday home Aurelia

You can explore the area on long bike paths. A visit to Speyer and Bad Dürkheim is always worthwhile. Also highly recommended is a day at the Holiday Park with us in the village. In Wachenheim there is the Kurpfalzpark, a leisure and wildlife park for the whole family. The nearby shopping facilities such as Edeka, Penny and Action Markt and self-catering, for example in the Döneria at this parking lot, are advantageous. Forest house with a dream view

Our barrier-free "vacation home with a dream view" of the Rhine plain is located on a 950 sqm fenced hillside property at an altitude of 300 m. It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - North Vosges on the Haardt of the Southern Wine Route. Lenas'Haus

Centrally located house (close to Kulturviereck) is spacious and welcoming, despite the low ceiling height. The lower floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with built-in closet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a children's room and built-in wardrobe, as well as two more bedrooms with a large bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Another bathroom with a bathtub completes the picture.

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Centrally located apartment in Gimmeldingen

The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. The Laurentiuskirch from the 1200s is located in the center of Gimmeldingen. The light-flooded apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with space for couples, families and business travelers.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
