Set within an old Georgian period 'Gentlemen's Residence' farmhouse and down to earth family home, as well as a working organic mixed livestock farm. The private annex is self contained and has an enclosed courtyard area as a private outdoor space. There is also a shared large lawn set within 2 acres with a beautiful natural area with large mature trees and scenic views and a swing seat for two. There is a shared conservatory for both annexes. Bathroom, kitchenette at one end of the living area with room for extra bed. Easy to reach East Midlands Airport and station, whilst Nottingham Uni's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!).
