Apartment holiday rentals in Hatteras Island

Staying here was a dream. This was our first trip to the area and having wonderful accommodations with such breathtaking views made every part of the day an experience not to be missed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the front and back balconies watching the wildlife, the boats, sunrises and sunsets, etc. It was so tranquil. All of the neighbors were quiet and courteous. EVERYTHING we needed was available to us. I needed some scissors. They were in the drawer. Chip clips? In the drawer. Pens, paper to write on, essentially any little thing that you might find in your own home was available here. The recommendations we received from Lisa and Robert ahead of time were SO helpful! We took their advice and tried many of the places and activities on the list and we were not disappointed. Still thinking about those sandwiches and soft serve ice cream. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great space with a lot of room for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the pool area was amazing, and we were within walking and biking distance to everything Ocracoke has to offer. We also had some issues with our truck while we were there, and Donna was very accommodating and understanding. The Cabanas are an amazing place to stay!

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

We loved the condo! Scott and Constanza were quick to respond to our questions, and made us feel right at home. The condo is beautiful, and has the best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. The back balcony has great views of the ocean and the sound. We would love to stay there again!

The condo was just as described and very comfortable. loved being able to sit on the porch overlooking the sound.

Great to stay at a marina! Host was very helpful and it was a quick walk to the beach or the ferry.

Hatteras Cabanas never fail to meet and exceed expectations. Best part of OBX, beach phenomenal, views guaranteed and great spots to go out.

Loved the water views, comfortable setting, ability to walk and walk among the community docks daily! Excellent tennis, pickleball, and gym amenities! Great restaurant in the center of the community. Restful spot - great location!

Our stay was magical. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Everything we needed was available, even a crockpot which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. It was also nice that linens and towels were provided. The keypad on the door was a bit difficult to activate but once it came on we got in without a problem. There is a laundry facility on premises as well as carts, similar to a hotel to bring your luggage to your condo. It would have been nice to know exactly where they were located. Thankfully there were some friendly owners who clued us in. We are anxious to stay in this particular location again. We loved the proximity to the beach, the elevator, the view and all the amenities. Local restaurants were excellent. We cant say enough good things. Vacasa has been great to deal with!

This was our third time staying here! We love the water views, location, and peacefulness of the neighborhood. We would love to return again soon!

Not my first time staying, love the place and location. The only downside was the pool was closed for our stay due to maintenance and checking in was later then expected since they didn’t clean the room yet when we arrived. But otherwise place was awesome and beach was supper close! Would definitely come back next year again!

This place is cozy and great! Perfect place for my stay in the Outbanks. For any travelers that are looking to cook a meal the kitchen is more of prep area with a microwave, water and sink come from the bathroom sink. That didn’t bother me since I was using the place to sleep and shower. The hosts were great and it had everything I needed for my weekend stay! Thank you again!

I only have positive feedback on this unit and the great customer service we received from the Vacasa team from booking to checkout. This unit is easy access, in a good location, has a great view, and was very clean and well maintained. Just the right size for a couple or small family . The complex, pool, hot tub and the boardwalk to the beach were all well kept and maintained. We highly recommend this unit and Vacasa to anyone looking to visit the area.

Great location! Very peaceful on the sound side of Hatteras. Wildlife was wonderful! Very comfortable and back deck was relaxing!

Thank you, Joseph, for a wonderful stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The beach was just steps away from the balcony—one of the closest and most convenient locations we've ever stayed at. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the view was absolutely stunning. Even during a busy holiday weekend, this place offered the perfect quiet getaway in the Outer Banks. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent host, very responsive, highly recommend!!

the place was great, just a couple disappointing things we had to deal with. when we booked it said that the elevator was temporary out of order (that was 4 months ago) we assumed by the time we arrived it would be fixed. Come to find out the elevator has been broken for over a year. being on the third level was very hard to bring our stuff in and to enjoy our vacation. also, we were invested with Nats, we called to have a pest control to come out. I would also suggest bringing your own sheets the sheets provided are very old. it's hard to complain because the view is so amazing. the pool was great. I wish we could book here every year but going up 4 flights of stairs is to much. they need to get the elevator fixed

We had such a wonderful time during our stay! The location was incredibly convenient, and the condo was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and just what we needed. We really appreciated the early check-in and how accommodating the hosts were throughout. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful time at Lynn’s place. It’s was clean, easy to find and comfortable. We especially loved the large jacuzzi tub! We will be back :)
