Holiday rentals with a pool in Hatteras Island

We had a wonderful week staying at Beach Bummin! Short walk to the beach and shops. Beach Bummin was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had dinner out on 2 different evenings and cooked there the other nights. Ketchup 22 was our favorite restaurant. We ordered the fried seafood platter and the Fish tacos. We would love to come back and visit again. Marsha and Steve were so easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. We didn't want to leave...

My family has vacationed on the Outer Banks several times, and this was the third year our extended family has joined us. Kalid’s place stood out as the best place we’ve ever stayed. Aside from its proximity to the beach (you can hear and see the ocean from the top deck of the house), our favorite part of the house was the pool. It’s big, clean, and private with a hot tub in addition to the pool. The adults enjoyed sitting under the shaded area while the kids played in the pool. The location of the house is perfect — we prefer Hatteras Island over places farther north because it feels more wild and remote. From Kalid’s place, it was a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to a few restaurants and the Salvo Day Use area (if you’re interested in easy access to the sound). Overall, Kalid’s place was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to come again in the future!

Ryan and Alli's vacation rental was everything we could have asked for! They were very friendly and extremely fast with their communication. We loved the deck space outside and enjoyed all the light that came in. The location is walking distance from the beach, or you can drive over to the Salvo Day Use Area or Watermen's Bar & Grill for beautiful sunset views on the sound. We also loved the acai place and Waves Deli right down the street. There is a fenced-in back yard which made it really nice for our dog. We cooked several times and had everything we needed in the kitchen. One thing to keep in mind is that this is on the third floor so you need to be prepared to take the stairs a lot. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it seemed really nice.

Such a great place to spend a vacation in with friends and family. The house is very roomy and able to accommodate plenty of people. Very nice game room and pool area, it definitely was the center of attention. I am planning on coming back and enjoying this in the future.

We had a great time at Sushma’s house. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and extras like dishwasher pods and trash bags. We also appreciated the availability of sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, pool floats and beach chairs. There were numerous decks to enjoy the sound side views. The house was spacious and very comfy. We split our time between the ocean, the pool, the sound side and even took the ferry to Ocracoke. Sushma was very responsive and a great host. We have rented from outer beaches realty in the past and this was a far superior experience.

What a wonderful place to stay! All around such a great spot for some time at the beach! Everything is exactly as described. With the incredibly easy walk to the beach, seriously breathtaking views all around, convenient location to restaurants/shops and great communication from the host, I couldn’t recommend this place more! You won’t regret booking here. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time traveling to the OBX area as a family & I feel like we hit the jackpot w/ location and Jody’s home. It was all as she described. It is so close to the beach the access is remarkable. The street is very quiet. Waves Deli (approx. 5 min away) is out of this world, we could have eaten there every night. It was nice to have a pool as we have little ones and they can only handle so much beach and Sun in a day. The pool loungers are new and in great shape. The home is a work of art. The beds were some of the comfiest beds we have had at a rental.

Casa Del Mar was a great choice! The beds were clean and comfortable and the main area was great to relax in. The floors were a great choice for beach living and being pet friendly for sure! Sameh was a great host, very courteous, professional and responsive. We will stay here again if we’re looking to stay in Frisco and if available!

Stayed for our first trip to the OBX. Unit exceeded our expectations from the photos. The two bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the unit which our two boys (10 & 17) loved. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable! Only slight critique was a clump of hair in the drain in the king bathroom tub and the shower curtain looked moldy all along the bottom. For our active family there wasn’t too much for us to do in the immediate area other than water sports, which they tired of quickly. So we spent quite a bit of time driving to other towns. But, that was partly our fault for not doing enough research. If you’re looking for fishing, kite boarding, or just a quiet escape, this place definitely fits the bill!

My youngest daughter, granddaughter and I were the only ones who were able to take the trip. We all love the ocean so much. We couldn't believe we were just steps from the beach and the pool. Our oceanfront view was amazing! The cozy balcony had four very comfortable wooden tall chairs. The beach was great, not packed like sardines. It was clean, quiet and spacious. Our condo was on the first floor which left us a short flight of stairs to get to the condo. I have bad knees so it was wonderful being on the lower floor. The kitchen had just about everything one would need to prepare meals. We made our own coffee every day and cooked our meals in. It is so wonderful to have a kitchen. All the linens were clean, packed efficiently and plentiful. The starter soaps and supplies were great. We will definitely be returning to this facility again.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

I loved the set up. Very comfy bed, nice kitchen so we didn't have to eat out the whole time. We sat on a balcony while watching our kids play at the villas pool. It was a close walk to the beach, and a close walk to the fairy. We rode the fairy to Ocracoke Beach. You can spend the day there, or just a couple hours. Very cool experience. Best part of OBX we have ever been!

This is a fantastic condo with everything you need to be cozy and comfortable for a week… we adored the view! It was quiet and clean… top notch stay!!

We loved the condo! Scott and Constanza were quick to respond to our questions, and made us feel right at home. The condo is beautiful, and has the best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. The back balcony has great views of the ocean and the sound. We would love to stay there again!

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
