In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Auf unserem privaten Grundstück im kleinen Dorf Eichenberg, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Haundorf im fränkischen Seenland, steht euer Tiny Haus. Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus und erstreckt sich über eine komplette Etage, die euch zur Verfügung steht. Ideal für Familien, Paare oder Geschäftsreisende. Der Brombach- und Altmühlsee sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt, ein kleiner Bäcker im Ort sorgt für frische Brötchen am Morgen. 🥐☕

Cozy apartment (1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

Experience Lake Brombach from our quiet 1-room apartment. The accommodation consists of a cozy sleeping/living area with double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A highlight of the apartment is the large, private terrace. Enjoy a quiet evening there or stroll along the lake. This is a relaxed 10-minute walk. The lovingly maintained garden and the quiet location invite you to relax.

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.

Maisonette over Nuremberg

The centrally located duplex apartment offers stunning views over the rooftops of Nuremberg. The tram (Deichslerstraße) is right outside the door and the city is about 10-15 minutes on foot. So it is also worth visiting the Christkindlesmarkt. Within walking distance is the local recreation area of Wöhrder See with opportunities for walking, pedal boating or playing table tennis.

Welcome to our spacious ground floor apartment in the countryside with balcony and terrace. It has its own entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.
