The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Our cozy apartment Bergträume for two is located in the village of Ruperting near Hauser Kaibling, the beautiful skiing and hiking region. A central starting point for numerous leisure activities. "Small but fine" describes the cozy apartment perfectly, a cozy bedroom with access to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy nature in the summer months.

Close to ski slopes, bike & hiking tours

The apartment is located 3 km away from the ski resort of Schladming-Dachstein. It have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sofa bed, a bathroom with infrared cabin, a balcony, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The ski bus stops 50 m away from the House, the nearest supermarket is 500 metres away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and rafting.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

Das gemütliche Appartment in Haus befindet sich direkt an der Schipiste. Im unteren Stock gibt es einen privaten Schiraum, von dem aus man in wenigen Minuten auf direktem Weg zur Talstation Hauser Kaibling fahren kann. Im Sommer ideal für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder Golfrunden. Besonders geeignet für Paare oder Familien, mit einem großzügigen Schlafzimmer, und einer Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer.
