Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

This brand new, high-quality furnished vacation apartment on Lake Tegernsee is the perfect base for your dream vacation on the most beautiful lake in Bavaria. Enjoy the morning breakfast or in the evening the beautiful glass of wine with sunset on the balcony overlooking the lake. In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

Lakefront apartment

Unsere helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung hat einen direkten Blick auf den Tegernsee und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Monte Mare Seesauna. Die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt liegt gegenüber sowie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der allerdings nur eine halbe Stunde kostenloses Parken erlaubt und dann mit 8€ pro Stunde sehr teuer ist. Eine Alternative hierzu ist der Zentralparkplatz Tegernsee.

Schliersee Seehäusl, apartment directly on the lake

The real lake house is directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore strip. I cannot accept reservations or requests with children under 12 years of age. The 55 sqm 2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are my private area.
