The air bnb was very clean and the apartment felt very safe. We struggled with the European door systems, but Fanny was very quick to respond and was ready to call in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Amel was a great host! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated (it had such a warm, cozy vibe that made me feel right at home). The neighborhood also had a really nice atmosphere, which made the stay even better. Amel was incredibly kind and really attentive to anything I needed before and during my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and she was always quick to respond.

excellent place, it is a bit far from the center and getting taxis from the app is complicated, but there are bus stations nearby and it is a very safe and quiet area. The only thing is that I only recommend the sofa bed for 1 person, not for two. It's the only thing I would add, otherwise it was beautiful. We liked that they recycled

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

The place is great and I’d definitely recommend it. One thing to keep in mind: there’s ongoing roadwork right in front of the property, which makes it quite noisy early in the morning. We ended up buying earplugs so we wouldn’t get woken up by the noise.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in and check out instructions were perfectly clear. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great too - right by the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay.
