My first time in Cuba and it was great thanks to Mariannik. She was insightful and helpful. She was able to suggest experiences that were trust worthy. You could not ask for a better combination of price, location, cleanliness, security, and hospitality. I would stay here again on my next visit.

The perfect apartment in the center of Havana. A self-contained apartment close to all attractions. The building has an elevator, there is always electricity and hot water. I'm here again. Highly recommend.

Apt very well equipped, clean and organized. Close to tourist attractions and restaurants. There was only one Wi-Fi missing but I understand the difficulty in the country. The location is also one of the few privileged ones not to suffer power outages. Easy to access stairs and I felt very safe traveling alone. Very polite, responsive, and helpful hosts. They helped me with the taxi to the airport and made me feel at home.

We stayed in the accommodation with 6 people: The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and very well equipped by Cuban standards, with a good location in terms of proximity to the city center. As is typical in Cuba, the area around the apartment is 'very basic' and very noisy (but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself :-))

Just: Excellent, great, the best apartment in Havana I've ever had. I stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful, large and extremely comfortable, modern apartment. It was very quiet, all rooms as in a European 4*hotel, the kitchen had everything you could need as a self-catering. Highlighted is the balcony, which was the highlight of the apartment - shaded, green, quiet and suitable for relaxing and relaxing. I felt like home! The surroundings and location were good, it was my 20th stay in Havana and I still rave about the nice days. The apartment is highly recommended and my next vacation in Havana will definitely be back in this apartment. Thank you to Yunier, who took great care of the guests. Summary: I'll be back in the apartment - you won't find such a beautiful thing right away, especially in Havana!

Casablanca is like a home away from home. Very accommodating, relaxing and great service. My only suggestion would be to invest in a generator for when the power is cut off by the government, ensure that all your supplies are stocked(no ping pong balls) and provide a list of what you have stocked in the minibar upon check in. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone visiting Havana.

Pros: The house was beautiful and private. The photos were accurate and the main house is like a art museum. The pool was refreshing especially on the hot cuba days. Your room has AC!!! Cons: wifi was not the best and hindered communication throughout our stay but our host tried her best to communicate with us(we had bad weather and power outages not her fault),hard to find cabs because the area the house is located is small(we found a man we liked and we arranged transport with him everyday) ,not many options as far as food or activities near by. There is a restaurant next door that is very expensive and the food was not good. There is a small cafeteria across the street where you can get a reasonably priced burger and it was tasty. The gentleman was also very friendly. There is a third restaurant around the corner that is also pricey. And fyi main house does not have air conditioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cuba was beautiful and our host was gracious.

Everything is very good, very quiet and with an unbeatable view, ideal for resting and being very quiet, Mary and the people who assist very friendly and help you solve everything, taking care of privacy and security at all times, completely recommended.

An unforgettable experience with Patricia and her family! Patricia, her husband, her mom, and Gabriel were incredibly kind and patient, both to me and my guests. They were always on the lookout for what we needed, making us feel at home. Gabriel even did us the great favor of taking us to our next accommodation, something we greatly appreciate. The house was impeccable, the service was excellent and the treatment towards Diego —my son— was as if he were part of their own family. They had a lot of details with us. Patricia washed our clothes at the last minute, even though we forgot to ask for it in time, and not only that: my son washed his sneakers and she made sure they were dry for the next day, just before we left. In addition, he gave us many mangos and provided us with kitchen items such as sugar, salt and other details that make all the difference. She says she has no family abroad... but now she has family in Mexico!

We were warmly welcomed by the two and were always able to contact them with questions or if we needed help. Also the view from the roof terrace is very very nice and definitely worth the money! Thanks for a great stay :)

I honestly loved the house, I loved the kitchen, it was a fully loaded kitchen and most of the food we went out and brought back and cooked. Very quiet, safe and peaceful in the sounding area, the beach not far and within walking distance. The house way better in person than in picture and very clean. Monica was very fast and very responsive and helped with everything. The house had AC in each room which was great also. She also arranged a pick up for me to and from the airport which was great also. Her helpers lived next door and were very friendly and helpful with recommended places nearby. I 100% would come back and recommend Monica’s home. Thank you again!

My stay at Casa Mary was the best Airbnb I have ever had. I have had some bad ones in the past (Philly, i'm looking at you) but this one exceeded all expectations. Right from the start they arranged a taxi for me from the airport, greeted me at the entrance and helped me move in. The room was an awesome spanish colonial nest at the top of the house, which was clean and comfortable. If you're not a snob, this is pretty much everything you could ask for. The Family and staff that worked at the house became my little Cuban family and were so fun and kind everyday. Everyone from the cleaning staff, to the security guards, to the extended neighborhood connections are awesome, and they're genuine in their interactions. I give a big shoutout to Yaniris, who is the property manager there. She helped me with any questions or concerns and helped me out when only a local could. Everyone there are friends for life, and I hope to return to Casa Mary in the future!

This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The hosts were kind and helpful with everything I ever needed. The breakfast was always delicious and the rooftop was spectacular for sunsets. The location was very walkable and ideal for exploring old Havana. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

The apartment is well-maintained, with large bedrooms and closets. The kitchen is adequate for preparing meals. The building is one of the few maintained buildings in the area. It is located in Vieja Habana, close to many tourist attractions. Yoel is a terrific host; he went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay. If you plan to stay in Vieja Habana, we highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

Staying at Maridely’s and Claudia’s place in Havana was an absolutely incredible experience. As the only guest, I received such warm, personalized hospitality that I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. Claudia and her husband were truly amazing hosts — kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The space was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the location was ideal for exploring Havana. Each morning started with Claudia was always ready with helpful local tips. Traveling solo can sometimes feel isolating, but not here — their hospitality made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. We had such a great time in Cuba and it was largely due to our Airbnb. The apartment was clean and walking distance to many good restaurants. Our host Tony/Yoan were responsive and were available to navigate any outings we had an interest in. The moment we walked in we received a warm welcome from Deyanira! She was always attentive to our needs and offered wonderful recommendations. Her charisma has us already planning our next trip back. :)
