This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Zwei 18m2 große Zelte mit Platz für je 4 Personen, sowie zwei kleinere 3x3m Zelte ("Sunset" & "Sunrise") , mit jeweils Platz für 2 Personen bieten ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Within a few meters there are restaurants, fitness, wellness and access to the most beautiful parks and castles in the city. You can also reach the train, tram or bus on foot in 2-9 minutes to be in the center of Berlin in less than 30 minutes. Outings by houseboat are only possible by special arrangement. SUPs are available for trips :)

Old School Brandenburg – Switching off in the countryside

The perfect place to unwind: A lovingly renovated old school ("Alte Schule Brandenburg") for max. 9 people with a wildlife garden and chickens in the tranquil village of "Sechzehneichen" (64 inhabitants). Surrounded by fields and forest and close to two lakes. Perfect for families, group get-aways and specially designed for bachelorette parties with additional bookable experience packages (yoga, baking course, craft workshops, etc.).  

Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.

6 person luxury apartment

The approx. 115m² luxury flat is located in Berlin Mitte on the 2nd floor, surrounded by trendy restaurants, cafés and bars. It offers overnight accommodation for 6 people. There is a large king-size bed for 2 people, a pull-out bed in the children's room for 2 people and a fold-out sofa/day bed for 2 people. There is a luxury kitchen, a south-facing balcony, a shower room and a bathroom. Self check-in is possible.

Vacation in the countryside in an old farmhouse

The charming vacation home "Altes Dorfhaus Sechzehneichen" sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has a beautiful garden overlooking the fields. The living room with open kitchen is heated via the fireplace and electric heaters are available in the bedrooms and bathrooms.  The stylishly furnished brick building is only 10 minutes by car from Obersee and Untersee, ideal for wonderful summer days or idyllic winter walks.
