Holiday rentals with a patio in Havel

Julia is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small, but very nice and well equipped. The location is great for excursions by boat, hiking or cycling. I'd be happy to come back.

I was able to book Marius' accommodation for my colleagues. The booking was very short notice on our part, as we received a message from another accommodation at 2 pm that unfortunately we cannot check in due to a double booking. Marius made it possible for us that my colleagues were able to check in a short time later! The communication with Marius was very nice and fluent. He also provided new bed linen for a change of employee. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We are very happy to recommend Marius as a host and his accommodation!

I had the great pleasure of staying in this wonderful accommodation and can recommend it without reservation. The location is simply perfect: only one minute from the lake, it offers the opportunity to observe cuckoos and other animals in nature in the morning with a coffee cup in hand – ideal for those who appreciate peace and nature. The conservatory is a real highlight, lovingly designed and a place of relaxation and inspiration. The high-quality furnishings ensure a pleasant ambience that invites you to linger. The affirmations on the wall and on the shelf are particularly impressive, spreading a positive mood and making the stay even more enriching. I liked Gabriele's apartment very much, it was really cozy and comfortable. Since I was lucky to have nice weather, I spent the evenings on the beautiful roof terrace. There is air conditioning and fans - very useful in the summer under the roof. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee and even a few breakfast items were also provided. The area is quiet and pleasant, I often left the car, there are bus stops and shops nearby. I can definitely recommend the apartment, it is perfect for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the Havelland.

We spent a week vacationing in this beautiful, quiet apartment in Berlin. We didn't miss anything. Super nice contact, we were warmly greeted on arrival and we were also able to enter the apartment immediately. Everything is very nice and lovingly furnished. Very modern and clean, comfortable bed and enough space for 2 people. Great new bathroom … there is really nothing we could complain about. Our hosts were very nice and we could contact them at any time. Connection to the public transport network Super, only a few meters to walk to a bus stop and also the tram was within walking distance. We got everywhere in Berlin by bus and train without long waiting times. A car is not necessary here if you are a good walker and want to explore Berlin. We felt very comfortable in our accommodation and also made plans directly when we come back.

A true gem in the surrounding area of Berlin. A magnificent garden and a very cozy apartment that offers everything you need. Unfortunately, we did not meet the host in person, but the apartment and things prepared for us alone testified to hospitality and convenience. You can highly recommend a stay here to every family. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen to be particularly practical, where you could start cooking and roasting right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

A great, modern holiday home in a beautiful setting. We used canoe and rowboat extensively to explore the large, idyllic lake. The garden and terrace offer a great view of the water. The house has everything you need, it is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped. We'll be back!

Had a great stay! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect, everything important was easily accessible. The host was super friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

We came across the booth houses by chance and are still very impressed by the cottage. Stylishly furnished, it had everything you needed, the absence of TV and dishwasher didn't bother us at all, as it was clearly and nicely communicated beforehand. We will definitely come back for a quiet break.

We spent a weekend with five of us in Bernd's beautiful house. There would have been plenty of room for 6 people. The furnishings, mattresses and kitchen equipment leave nothing to be desired. The swimming area is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Bernd provided us with good information in advance. The communication was tip-top-clear recommendation for this host and the accommodation!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Nadja's apartment was very nice and clean. The key handover also worked wonderfully. The apartment is located in a small, beautiful backyard and is therefore very quiet. Nevertheless, it is only 3 minutes to the next subway station. Gladly again.

The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!
