Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car at the house and on request we provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come stay!

The apartment (50M2) features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and near the historic Waag. The spacious gallery provides access to the apartment and features a small seating area overlooking the courtyard. Deventer is characterized by the cozy little streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

It is a very simple, small apartment located in a working-class neighborhood. Suitable for two people, but four people is possible. (very small for three/four people) The entrance and all rooms are private. The bustling city center is less than a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is a 7-minute walk away. There are beautiful hiking and cycling trips to be taken from our address. Minimum age requirement: 23 years.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
