There is a small chicken farm on the property. Swimming areas are located at Bergbybadet (closest) Mälbybadet. Sandviken on Väddö is also suitable if you want to fish with your own boat as there is a place to dock 1 km away and a place to park the boat on the farm. There is also the possibility for 1 person with a minor disability

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

Welcome to our charming red cottage by Väddö Canal! Here you can enjoy the tranquility, nature and a magical view. The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Open floor plan with nice social areas with kitchen and living room with fireplace and a large terrace that connects outside and inside. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed (120 + 80 cm). The garden is wild and lush in summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked for SEK 50/person.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

The cottage is located 2 km from Hallstavik center. 200 meters from the bus stop with good bus connections to both Norrtälje and Stockholm and Älmsta. Cleaning is done by the tenants. Bring bed linens and towels Cleaning and bed linens can be purchased at an extra cost.

Stugan ligger i ett lugnt villakvarter. 20 minuter med bil till havet och badplats. 5 minuter med bil till ett centrum med mataffär, pizzeria, apotek etc. Ca 1h 20 min från centrala Stockholm med bil. Möjligt att ta sig med buss från Stockholm. En resa på ungefär 2 timmar. Husdjur & rökning är ej tillåtet.
