Just 10 miles from Brecon to the West and 7 miles from the famous book town Hay on Wye to the East. Situated in a very quiet back lane with parking in front of property for one car, ( additional parking available 200 meters down the road.) Cosy lounge with leather sofa and comfy chairs, log burner for cwtching on an evening. Modern kitchen. Downstairs toilet, dining room, garden with seating, two bedrooms, one double and two singles which can be made up to a double if you wish. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.

Welsh Borders Bed And Breakfast

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
