Apartment holiday rentals in Haynes Area, Nashville

Enjoyed my stay at Justin’s place. It was in a great location next to the Parthenon and some really good restaurants. All the instructions were very clear from getting into the complex to checking out.

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

We enjoyed our weekend. We had plenty of room. The apartment was spotless. We were able to walk to the Nashville Saturday market met some neighbors and they were really nice. We love the rooftop. Spent some time out there as well. Very close to downtown Harley was very responsive to my questions we were able to check in just a few hours early, which was very convenient since we landed at 2 o’clock. We will definitely stay here again when back in Nashville.

We loved everything about this place. Pristine cleanliness. Comfortable furniture (including the couches and bed). Comfortable bedding with plenty of nice pillows of differing levels of firmness. A weighted blanket was also provided. We had never used one before and now might get one for ourselves. Quiet and beautiful environment. Easy off-street parking, and plenty of street parking as well. Ample kitchen counter space, large refrigerator with filtered water. Coffee pot with coffee pods provided. The main room is large but cozy. The shower had great shower heads, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot and cold water. Room temperature easily controlled by guest. Really nothing but positive things to say about this lovely place.

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

this was a nice quiet space very relaxing comfy bed. everything was spotless. the fireflies at night lit up the yard which was wonderful

Spacious Airbnb in a fantastic location, just minutes drive from Broadway and situated in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. The host was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage early, which made our arrival so much smoother. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable for our short stay, not too far from any part of Nashville. Appreciated the pet-friendliness though we ended up not needing to take advantage of it. Nice, quiet neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of downtown.

Sharon is a wonderful host - most helpful - knowledgeable and responsive. The place is so conveniently located to get anywhere in town whether walking, driving, or rideshare. Enjoyed the history in the apartment, and recommend the rental.

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Perfect location for what we needed, everything we could possibly have needed for a three night stay. I go to Nashville a few times a year for work, and being a walkable distance and feeling like I’m in a home vs a hotel really helps

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide and offer. They were also very responsive and helpful. The place was great and walkable to Broadway. We had an excellent experience.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. It was a short, easy, and convenient walk to the convention center and restaurants. Nick was very responsive to my hope for an early check-in as well.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!
