Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Haynes Area, Nashville

Great house twenty minutes from Broadway. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for four to six people to stay that is pet friendly, This is an excellent choice. It has a great big kitchen, a comfortable living room and a cute little fenced back yard to hang out in or let the dog out in. Simple check in, plenty of supplies and towels and lots of parking.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Steve's home is beautiful, peaceful and homey. We wanted to bring our dogs on a staycation and were looking for private and relaxing spaces where they would have plenty of room, and this property was great for both them and us humans. 0.50 miles total of hiking trails, a courtyard, porches, a barn a across the creek, you can't decide where to hang out or make a fire. We encountered little box turtles, did some mushroom hunting, dogs had a blast playing in the creek, all without leaving Steve's property. It's an amazing place if you want plenty to do without ever getting on a vehicle. Everything was also very safe, well thought out, and well maintained.

Great place to stay in Nashville. An easy walk to the Basement East and a quick Lyft ride or drive to Broadway. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Five Point Jewel was a cozy home to stay. We walked many times around the surrounding neighborhood visiting Fatherland Shoppes and restaurants. We visited “Bad Idea” , “The Tree House” and “Reunion”for drinks. We had great food from Edley’sBarbecue . The fenced in backyard was great for our dog to run around while we enjoyed sitting outside.

Darlene is truly an artist. Her home has a multitude of artifacts to look at and explore as well as the listed amenities. The hot tub each evening was wonderful as was the patio; we spent much of our vacation playing games on the patio, in the hot tub, or sitting in the living room reading through some of her books. The neighborhood is vibrant wirh a variety of pedestrians, friendly doggies, and playing children. It was less than 25 minutes to everything we wanted to do in the area regardless of direction. She left convenience items as well as clear instructions and directions both digitally and with signage which I personally appreciate. I would recommend anyone book this Airbnb.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Loved this stay! Close to enough to downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle! The host was easy to work with. Cute place, it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, the condo was furnished and supplied with everything we needed. We did not have any issues or needs to contact Brigitte but we knew she was available if necessary. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Rupas place was great! Very clean and cozy. It had a lot of amenities and Rupa communicated promptly and effectively. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Really enjoyed Jill’s spot! Very clean and a great amount of space for our small group. Location was perfect for us as we didn’t want to be in the heart of downtown to avoid the noise. Only small complaint was there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood that woke us up on the weekday. Would definitely stay again though!

Mr. Derrick was a great host and very accommodating. The home was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. My family enjoyed the weekend getaway.

Patrick was very responsive in coordination and communication. I personally did not stay at the property as my family stayed there as part of a surprise for my wife’s birthday. They were all very impressed with house and its location. I hope to stay there myself in a future trip to Nashville!

Great stay! Convenient place outside of busy downtown area but near other restaurants and things to do.

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, peaceful, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for me was the yard—it’s spacious, well-kept, and completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a pet, this place checks all the boxes. I’d absolutely stay here again!

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!
