This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

For lovers of a historic residential atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and is built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: 'Spinnerei Deutschland‘. Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

In one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in the Münsterland in Eggerode, our beautiful apartment is located on the first floor.  Our approximately 75 square meter apartment: Lovingly furnished, cozy living room with TV, sofa bed, the large two bedrooms, both with TV and the cozy, fully equipped kitchen, it can accommodate 1 to 4 people with toddler up to 5 people. A large spacious bathroom, with shower or bathtub completes the apartment.
