We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping everyday life. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

Both the building and the interior are in very good, almost new condition. The equipment with utensils for daily use is excellent. The landlords are very easy to reach and help at any time. The vacation home is located within a campsite with pool, shop, etc. You can see the description. The house has a "field edge location" in the campsite, so it is very quiet. Location near the beach, best to check on Google Earth. During our stay, there was no reason to complain.

We spent a wonderful family Christmas in this beautiful home in a really lovely neighbourhood. The house was spotless and very well equipped. Pamela was always on hand to answer any questions and provided very comprehensive instructions. The Christmas tree being there made it feel really homely. The location was great with easy access to Haarlem and Amsterdam as well as the beach. We would return for sure!

Everything was just lovely. Lovely area, lovely house and garden and especially lovely host Mirjam who was super responsive and friendly. Our first air bnb experience and first time using a lockbox and it was smooth sailing. Transport system is good, local area has nice places to eat and good supermarkets. We especially enjoyed venturing out to Haarlem and the beach in Den Haag, both easily reachable by transport. Clearly a lot of thought and care has went into the set up of the house and making the guests stay feel like a home from home. If this house is available, you should book it!. Thank you Mirjam.

We must start with our host, Thijs, who is warm, really helpful, communicates lucidly and rapidly, and is his own best asset. His home is on one of the loveliest streets in Haarlem; all green, quiet, in a pedestrian and bicycle-only zone; walking distance to a canal, our favorite coffee shop in Haarlem, Maeve,, and just around the corner from our favorite breakfast and lunch restaurant, Ti Bissou. It is a short walk to anyplace one might wish to visit or shop in Haarlem. The apartment is just as pictured -- lots of light and spacious, but with privacy through very sensible design. The kitchen and bath facilities are excellent; the rest of the living space is clean and very comfortable. We did not get to use the small garden space due to the weather, however the view and light were always a lovely start to the day, as were the many birdsongs that began early and sweetly. Highly recommended; we plan to return.

The stay at Monique's accommodation was fabulous. The house is extremely tasteful and high-quality and invites you to spend the evening at home. The kitchen is very large, as well equipped as your own and invites you to cook. Monique is very, very friendly and open. The communication was great and easy. The location is optimal, central but quiet. With a small courtyard, the house is well suited for every season. I would come back anytime.

This is a wonderful house in close proximity to the train station. A perfect location for visiting Amsterdam and also the beach. The house is very spacious and clean with full amenities for a family. Thank you

We loved our stay. The house is under a 10 min walk to the train station- Harleem (5 mins), Amsterdam (20 mins) and the local well-stocked supermarket. There is also a small bakery, chocolate shop, cheese shop - everything we needed for our stay. We had a lovely meal at Azzurro italian restaurant (5 mins). The area is peaceful+ family friendly. The house is particularly spacious downstairs. The kitchen is new + well equipped, with Nespresso machine. The garden is a peaceful haven! We used four bedrooms, all very confortable. There is a complete bathroom on 2rd floor, separate toilet and shower room on 1st floor, WC ground floor. A word of caution, as seems to be the case with Dutch houses, the stairs are VERY steep! Just keep this in mind if you have very young children, or people with mobility issues. We'd love to visit again, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Koens' house is absolutely beautiful, very tastefully decorated and well thought out, but also homely and comfortable. Everything you need is provided including a well equipped kitchen. The garden is also pretty and with a great cosy outdoor sheltered seating area. Koen was great at communicating, very friendly and helpful, also sounding quite relaxed. The location is fantastic- easy to find and use public transport or bikes to get around.

The six of us had a wonderful time. The house is huge, insanely tasteful and modern. There was really everything you could use. Even small things like spices, tea bags, soap and detergent that you may not think of when you arrive. A great sound system, great kitchen and shower. It was super clean, smelled pleasantly of detergent everywhere :) The contact with Sanne was also great - she always responded quickly and kindly. Absolute recommendation - price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

This is the best air bnb we have stayed in. The house was impeccable - clean, comfortable and we felt completely at home. This is a family home but there was no clutter or anything else that would make you feel you were impinging on someone’s personal items. The area is fab - close to the beach, which we visited, and 2 mins to the train station for trains to central Amsterdam in 15 mins. There is a local bakery, butcher, lovely ice cream shop and big supermarket 2 mins walk away. It is 5 mins on the train to Haarlem which is huge - lots of small boutique shops and chain shops. The area is lovely - really safe and quiet. Jan-Kees is the most amazing host. He is so responsive - we set up a what’s app and he always replied instantly. He had so many tips for where to eat and where to go. We will be back to visit those places we missed. The children loved the cat and the chickens! Thank you Jan-Kees and family for all your help and for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home ☺️

Peter was flexible at check in allowing g is to drop off luggage before check in . Easy to find and use everything in the house. Responsive when someone got sick. Cat purrs instantly upon being petted

Meggy was a very attentive host, ensuring that we had all the information that we needed for checking in and out of the property. The house is exactly as described and is a lovely family home which is welcoming and clean. It is situated in a great location with lots of nice cafes and restaurants which Meggy had recommended. This property was perfect for our trip to watch the Dutch Grand Prix as it is far enough from Zandvort that it avoids the chaos of the crowds but it is also very close to good public transport for a short journey into Zandvort or into Amsterdam. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking at visiting any of the surrounding areas.

We loved staying in Heemstede and Lonneke was a fantastic host. With 4 teenagers, we needed a good size house in order for them to have their own space. Lonneke's house didn't disappoint. It was a true home from home for us, and Lonneke made us feel very welcome. Communication was excellent which made our stay to the Netherlands very enjoyable. We would def recommend the house as it's in an excellent location and very comfortable.

Thanks Ewout for accommodating us into their lovely and spacious home. My two young children love the playroom in particular and enjoy the themed kids bedrooms. The adults are in love with the open kitchen and have the best of time enjoying dinner in the garden. The neighbourhood is tranquil yet accessible to amenities and public transport. The beach nearby is amazing and we have the most relaxing time at one of the seaside restaurants Ewout has recommended. Thank you for giving us a perfect holiday in Netherlands, we hope to return when we have improved our bike riding skills.
