The train can take you directly to Amsterdam central in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly 17 € for off peak time. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and cozy. A 5-minute walk will take you to the centre of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a beautiful, large playground the “OKB”. The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and just across the house. Free parking is within walking distance. Downtown: a 5-minute walk away Beach: 30 min by bike/min 15 by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

't Achterend is a nice guest house in our North Holland farm, rural located in the village of Stroet, near the sea and forest... where the four-legged friend is also very welcome...Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to the ditch on the property. The dog fee is €30,- per dog per stay ! It is also possible to rent electric bicycles! (15,- per bike per day) Direct WiFi connection for working from home.
