The floors on each floor are made of cypress from Yoshino, Nara, the same material used in the construction of Horyuji Temple. It can accommodate up to 9 guests. It is also recommended for stays with friends, such as "adult school trips", creative training camps, and travelers who love architecture. There are supermarkets, cafes, Chinese restaurants, dango shops, specialty bakeries, Japanese restaurants that have won Michelin stars, famous confectionery shops, and other urban areas nearby. On the other hand, there are also quiet landscapes dotted with the old charm of Madara, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll. Nakamiya-ji Temple, which has a national treasure, the Half-Recumbent Buddha, Hoki-ji Temple, a World Heritage site alongside Horyu-ji Temple, Jikoin Temple, which has a magnificent view overlooking the Daiheino Plain, and Mt. Sanshitsu and the Tatsuta River, which were also mentioned in the Hyakunin Isshu, are also nearby. Nice to meet you, I'm your host, Shingo. I enjoy solo touring by motorbike using Airbnb. So I also used Airbnb. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a convenience store, drug store, and supermarket within 5 minutes, which is very convenient. It is located at the foot of Mt. Ikoma, and you can see the Osaka plain from the observation deck. I will introduce you to recommended tourist spots and restaurants. Transportation to and from the nearest station is free at check-in and check-out. In addition, we will pick up and drop off guests in Osaka and Nara for an additional fee. The Home Check-in: 5 pm -　 Check-out: 10 am We will discuss check-in and check-out times with you. We can also discuss pets. I will give you the key in person. The entire first floor of a 3-story building is rented out as a 2LDK. Please enjoy your stay without worries. Interaction or communication during your stay Please let me know if you need anything. I will support you as much as I can during your stay. Other special things to note The host was a therapist before. I can teach you stretching. Foot massage is available for an additional fee.

This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

The nearest station is Oji Station on the JR Line (18 minutes from Osaka Tennoji Station). It is about a 20-minute bus ride from Oji Station. If you are coming by train, we will pick you up at the nearest station. The last pick-up time is 7:00 PM. After that, please use the bus. There is a lovely hot spring nearby, or you can walk there. There is a barbecue facility in the garden. Convenient access to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, and Yoshino.
