Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.
