Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Integrated into Berlin's neighbourhood life, our former photo studio/gallery is a small cozy studio apartment on an equal footing with the Neukölln cultural environment. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can rest from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying surface), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking surfaces, small fridge, kettle, pots etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!
