Family-friendly holiday rentals in Heinävesi

a very nice house located close to lake Pielinen. We liked our stay and would highly recommend this!

Harri's chalet is very well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. As stated in the listing, towels, kitchen towels and sheets are not provided. We had therefore planned this in our suitcases. The environment is very pleasant and quiet. A perfect view of the lake! We even had the chance to see a moose, a magical moment! A car is essential to access the stores. For example, Savonlinna is about 50 km away. The only negative point was the cleanliness on arrival, requiring cleaning before we settled in. Harri was very understanding on this subject. We still recommend it because we had a very good stay.

Terrific cottage with all the possible amenities, including two saunas. One of them has windows looking over the lake. Spacious, excellent construction and quality wood furnishings, and your own dock with boat and rentable gear. The lake is the perfect size - not too large, not too small. The owner is highly responsive and provided a full list of potential activities and potential restaurants.

Very pleasant stay, with everything you need to relaxe. Can warmly recommend this place.

The house far surpasses the pictures posted of this house. The house is situated in a unique and idyllic place. Just a 10 minute drive to one of the most spectacular scenery in all of Finland (Koli National Park). The house is perfectly equipped.

We had a great stay at this chalet. The house was clean and welcoming, Tamara had sent us all the directions as well as the good advice beforehand (where to shop, refuel, what to visit...). We really enjoyed the quiet of the place (only one terraced house), being able to swim in the lake, warm up in the sauna or by the fire in the evening. The set is well appointed, with some board games for evenings. The organization was perfect. We highly recommend this place!

It is beautiful and restful place near lake. The house had everything you need for relaxing by the lake (boat, sauna, grill), it is well-equipped house. I totally recommend it.

We had a great stay

Lovely lakeside cabin with nice wood fired sauna. Access to lake with a large swimming bridge (complete with hammock). Well equipped kitchen with ample crockery. Very good and quick communication with the owner.

Wonderful place! Neighbors nearby, but still a very private yard. The sauna provided wonderful steam baths and swimming was possible from the pier. It was nice to spend Midsummer in the peace of the countryside. The host was kind and things were handled flexibly, responded quickly to messages. I'd come again.

On the corner of the square, a historic functionalist building, the old Pielislinna hotel, which has been converted into offices and apartments. A special feature is the round elevator! The apartment is spacious and cozy. Thank you.

Very nice and comfortable apartment between the university and Honkaniemi Beach in the middle of the forest park. Very idyllic.

Treasure in the lap of Lake Saimaa - atmospheric, beautifully decorated log buildings and good amenities. The gentle steam of the sauna, swimming with the cleanest feet, and the perfect hangouts and dining spaces crowned the experience. And Marja-Tertu's heartfelt welcome with clear instructions made me feel welcome in a summer paradise. We enjoyed it and recommend!

Lovely spot with a gorgeous lakeside sauna and private jetty for swimming. Very easy to access and great instructions - would recommend!

Awesome place. Very comfortable, clean, everything works, had zero issues. Well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again if in the same area.

Our stay at the villa was just amazing. We usually never go to the same place twice but we both are considering to come back again.

The room was better than I expected, quite large, we had our own entrance and could park the car in front of it. Toilet was clean but a bit dated. The room had a bunk bed which wasn’t shown in the picture or listed in text. It was fine for us but could be a problem for people with limited mobility. Breakfast was quite basic but nice. I would appreciate if fresh fruit were added though. The place was almost empty which is probably bad for business but was awesome for us. We had a whole empty spa for ourselves :) Checking in and out was seamless and pleasant. We got to keep our room for couple of hours over check out time without any fee.

Joensuu's apartment provided everything you could imagine needing during a few days' visit. And instead of customer service, Minna offered caring and care!

Place was excatly as listed, clear instructions, middle of nowhere, peace, nature, good for large groups.
