Best area! Next to Valkeisenlampi, as well as the best swimming pool in Finland, grocery store, theater, market, and Kalakukko bakery a short walk away. An apartment in a great, well renovated house. There's also an elevator, but there's only one flight of stairs down. Even though the first floor, it's up that much further down the road, so it didn't hurt at all. Blinds in the windows. Beautiful lighting and everything worked, has been someone decorating who knows what he's doing. The host was really lovely and friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

We stopped here for one night with our family on our way north, and I must say that we would have liked to stay here for a little longer! The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the house and area really peaceful. The apartment was really well equipped and the communication with Jussi went well. Great accommodation!

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful timber house in the woods, with own access to Lake Saimaa. Though close to Mikkeli centre and all of its facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, watching the great view. Go there, you will not regret it.

We had a great time. My husband and I are traveling with our daughter (10 months old). We felt like at home from the beginning. It was nice to make a fire, grill, go to the sauna and swim in the lake. The house is very quiet and you have a great view from all rooms. The rooms upstairs weren't that big but there's an incredible amount of storage space. Communication with Katja was extremely good. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay. Beautiful surroundings, right by the lake, with saune, grill house and terrace. Really private and peaceful ;) Franck was very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Absolutely stunning city apartment in a great location. Downtown services are close, but still in a quiet area next to Valkeisenlampi. Really neat and clean apartment. Stylish decor, all the details carefully thought out and everything you need was found. Check-in was smooth as a self-service, and accommodation was made very easy for the guest with clear instructions. We will definitely come back when we need accommodation in Kuopio next time.
