This is the old miller’s cottage of a 15th century mill, situated in secluded part of the Northern Lake District National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site. Stay in a unique one bedroom apartment , with its own private entrance, bedroom upstairs with a kingsize bed. There is a downstairs lounge and en-suite. Situated on the corner of a river, surrounded by wildlife and wildflower meadows, only 5 minutes from the shores of Ullswater and 15 from the mountain ranges of Helvellyn and Blencathra.

Ideal for hikers, climbers, skiers. Twin beds/shower room. We are happy for super early starts for your day. This is a lovely spacious room with its own steep stairs & entrance & small fridge/kettle and the basics to prepare cold food/salads. (salad bowls, knives, cheese boards etc)
