Besoin de faire un break ? Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir dans cette petite maison indépendante sur notre propriété. 37m² + mezzanine pour le couchage. Proximité des plages, des chemins de randonnées, entre Hendaye et St-Jean-de-Luz. Mais attention...vous êtes à la campagne... il se peut que le coq se mette à faire quelques vocalises, que vous croisiez le chemin de quelque limace ou araignée...alors, si vous êtes prêts et surtout si vous avez de l'humour, ONGI ETORRI (bienvenus) !!!

2-person gite in Itxassou in the Basque Country

Cottage for 2 people 28 m² (possibility to come with a baby, loan of a bed), south and west facing, large terrace, mountain view, quiet, 200 m from Itxassou village, which has many shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars...). The village is at the foot of the mountains, and 30 minutes from the beaches. For July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday I am a sports educator and I offer hiking, Nordic walking, trail initiation with a preferential rate for cottage tenants.

Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
