Who knew northwest Alabama was hiding a gem like this? This cabin was exactly what we were hoping for—a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Time seemed to slow down the moment we arrived. Peaceful doesn’t even begin to cover it. We spent hours fishing off the dock just a short stroll from the cabin, and the beds? Slept like a dream. Our kids had a blast, our pup felt right at home, and we left feeling rested and grateful. Gabby was an incredible host—kind, quick to respond, and made everything easy. Already planning our return trip!

my tournament partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. it was very peaceful and relaxing. it was really great how close it is to the boat ramps. Elena's really awesome. when I had questions, she would answer them very quickly.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! The view alone was so incredible! We loved waking up to the sunset coming through the large windows every morning. The home was unbelievably perfect! We will definitely be back.

House was perfect for our needs plus the hottub was a bonus. Bed very comfortable and hosts were wonderful.

We were very pleased with the cabin. It was clean, spacious, and overlooked parts of the water. We took our boat and stored it right across the highway and could walk over with no problem. We loved the back porch because it was covered and had plenty of seating for the family. It over looked a restaurant across the street and can watch all the boats coming and going. We will definitely plan a trip back. Everything was very convenient to us.

My family really enjoyed the cabin. It is very centrally located but still feels private and remote. The cabin was very clean — much cleaner than some other rentals we’ve had. We will be back!

The cabin was perfect for our 3 day weekend stay. Check in was a breeze. We loved that it was on the end and away from the other cabins. The doggy area was perfect for our pups... but the best part was the bed... Chiefs Kiss! It rained most of the weekend, but we enjoyed how cozy we felt. We will definitely be booking again!

Amazing host, definitely recommend if you’re in the area for hunting and/or just wanting a quiet retreat!

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. My son said it was the best sleep of his life. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves out that way again.

Excellent place to stay if you plan on being at the lake. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house was clean and parking was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

We loved this cabin! It was peaceful, charming, and comfortable. I really appreciate the authenticity of the cabin and that it hadn't been renovated beyond recognition of the original structure. We love the old stove, doors, and knobs. The views were amazing. The wildlife was diverse. (Deer, small birds, Canadian geese, wood ducks, king fishers, Great Heron, the largest Bald Eagle I have ever seen.) This was a great fishing spot and kayaking location too. The bed was very comfortable, I usually don't sleep well away from home but, I had no problem here! This stay is definitely an unique experience. I would recommend it to couples or families with children. Cassie was very helpful and has done a great job adding character to the cabin.

Very well crafted cabin with beautiful surroundings. Nice stopping place on our way back up north from spring break. Hosts Jason & Michelle were very gracious and responsive. We would consider staying here again if our travels bring us back through this area.
