We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

Only used as a place to stay after a wedding but would’ve loved to stay longer! Good communication, lovely and clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely return

Adam was the perfect host, going the extra yard to make me feel at home: beers in the fridge, eggs, bacon, bread and orange juice too. His instructions were clear and helpful and his modern house felt homely and relaxing from the moment I entered - super convenient too for working at Royal Ascot which was only a 15 minute drive away. I would stay again without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you Adam.

We lovely Rebecca place. Calming and airy decor made us feel relax and at home. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for our group of three generations of women. Beautifully appointed rooms one for each of us and so many lovely spaces with room to relax as a group or have some personal space. The outdoor areas, especially on the riverside were magical watching the swans glide by. If you’re considering this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was also fantastic :-)

Booked this stay for my parents and they absolutely loved it! Said the location was perfect, the cottage was everything they’d wished for and felt lucky to have spent the night there.

Easy to find, parking was great. Great set up for a family, kids books and board games available. It was nice not to have to worry about food the next morning, bread, milk, cereal, etc were available. Overall, very thoughtfully put together. It was very warm most of the time we were there. The air conditioning kept the place comfortable. Ana was very responsive. I needed to extend a day, she quickly confirmed it was available. We enjoyed our stay.

So glad we found this place, everything we needed and a very short walk to a quaint pub.

We did a last minute 1 night stay and wasn't disappointed. Marinda was lovely, reached out in the morning with directions, and pictures of the beautiful pool. I arrived earlier than expected and the cottage was ready and i was able to chill round the pool until my friends arrived. The cottage was lovely, perfect for us and the pool is just WOW. Miranda made us feel so welcome we really didn't want to leave. You truly feel like you have rested here and can escape. We can't wait to come back. Thankyou Miranda

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! I only wish we could have stayed longer! Juliet is an incredible host; super friendly and extremely attentive. The property is amazing and to have had the use of the pool and the tennis court, made it the most fantastic value. One of my favourite parts of our two night stay, was that we could leave the property and walk for 20-25 minutes, across fields, to one of two brilliant pubs for supper and then stroll back at dusk - truly idilic! All in all, for me and my two teenage sons, it literally could not have been a more perfect little break from the city. Thank you Juliet and we look forward to visiting The Squadron HQ again very soon X

My husband and I booked Fiona's place for 2 nights just for pure relaxation and to get away from the usual chaos of life. It was just what we were after. Close enough to Henley for a meal out and a stroll along the Thames but also total peace and tranquility back at the cottage. The use of the pool was a bonus too. We will definitely be back. The perfect tonic.

The pool house is beautiful, cosy, full of perfect finishing touches and well equipped. Maddy and Neil were super helpful, very thoughtful and kind. The pool is exquisite, clean and warm - a fabulous end of a working day, with lots of space around the pool to lounge and soak up the rays. Can’t wait to return!!

The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a great weekend at stable cottage, location exactly as described, beautiful setting and really comfy beds! The amenities in the place were great and we really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

The most perfect house for our girlie weekend away. Firstly the house, garden and driveway was GORGEOUS, exactly as it was in the photos. The house had everything we needed to host for 15 of us and everyone was comfortable. The location of the house was perfect. It took us less than 10 mins by taxi to get into town. Ronan recommended us using Chiltern taxis who were incredibly responsive. Ronan was incredibly responsive during the booking process and when we stayed at the house. The manual we received covered everything we could have possibly needed! This house deserves more than a 5* review. Thank you so much Ronan! I will for sure be recommending to any friends and family.

We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding in Henley and this was perfect as it was just a short taxi ride away. Lovely house, beautiful garden and friendly dogs who came to say "hello" then left us alone. Very comfortable, bright and clean. Very quiet neighbourhood with a great pub not far away for dinner the night before the wedding. We roukd definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin! Louise was an amazing host, she was super flexible and friendly. The area is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We came and stayed for one night to acclimatise our hyper-sensitive dog to going away from home. Really lovely and peaceful for us all. Views of the farms were lovely and everything in the space is what we needed. Met the owners the next day and they were super.

Unfortunately, my wife and I ran into some unexpected medical issues and was unable to travel to this beautiful Air B&B. We were grateful that Tom was so positive and very attentive to our situation which allowed us have peace with what we were dealing with. Tom was kind enough to let our daughter stay at his Air B&B and she really enjoyed her time there and couldn’t say enough great things about her host, Tom. Our unfortunate circumstances lead to a very happy ending thanks to Tom being a wonderful host!!!

We absolutely loved staying at Penelope’s Coach House. It has been beautifully designed and decorated and every room has all one needs. The house is in a very quiet location and there are wonderful walks in the area as well as a fantastic pub with delicious food and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Peaceful stay with beautiful views. Everything was well thought through and beautifully laid out. High quality details everywhere. We slept very well and our dog was very happy too. Gorgeous sauna which we didn't get to try but will next time.
