The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

Für mehr Infomationen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Ca. 500 m zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage, an der Sie nach langen Spaziergängen ihre Füße erholen können.

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. From Uelversheim you can reach the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital of Mainz and the Nibelungen city of Worms in 30 minutes and Frankfurt in 45 minutes.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
