On the first floor, a large wooden balcony, very well ventilated. On the ground floor, a large kitchen-living room with access to a shaded terrace more out of sight. The neighborhood is residential and the beach will probably be empty in the mornings and evenings. All you will hear are the waves! No groups of young people, no parties.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
