Alex and his Co-host were extremely friendly kind and welcoming. The communication was good and we felt at home the entire stay! The city on Benicia is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. We will be staying here again when I get called back for work.

This was exactly what I needed for my stay in San Pablo. The host provided clear instructions and the home was easy to access, I had no trouble what so ever. It was a nice and clean space I felt right at home. All necessities were provided. The guest house is nice and cozy and provided a very comfortable stay. The location is close to my friends and family making it an easy commute, also restaurants and stores near by as well. Would recommend if youre ever in the area 😊😊

Another wonderful stay in Pinole! This year, in addition to visiting family, we took a couple of day trips to explore Mare Island and Woodland, CA. We love that Richard's home is close to everything you need, but also feels part of the reserve that backs up to the home. A wonderful trip to ring in the New Year!

We loved staying here! First, the place was extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we could need for a longer stay and felt like our own space due to the privacy and easy access with coming and going. The location was great. I was commuting regularly and enjoyed being just a few minutes walk away from BART. We were also near some great bike rides. Sonha and her husband were exceptional hosts, always ensuring we had what we needed, plus more. I felt like we could easily get in touch with them whenever. We felt particularly lucky with how welcoming they were, even inviting my husband on a bike ride after discovering that was one of his interests. I feel like Sonha’s communication was perfect and always at the same level we brought. Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences and Sonha’s place is definitely our first pick next time we’re back!

What a beautiful home with all the amenities you would want. Easy to find and easy access via lock system. Just pristine clean and decorative. The fact that Kyoto’s place has two full bathrooms is unmatched to any other local property. The host was very responsive ams provided timely response and was very proactive with check in and check out instructions. So many amenities to name. She even left coffee pods. Plenty of clean sheets, towels and blankets. We were 20 minutes to Napa and Meritage resort. The area is quiet and near expressway. The sofabed was extremely comfortable. Do not pass on Kyoto’s place as you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kyoto for sharing your place for our home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was beautiful for talking morning walks. Jen was very helpful at every step of the stay!

Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

Nice and spacious for three people. Living room with the couch, ottoman, chair and TV is very comfortable to stay. Couch is big enough for sleep. Bedroom is basic but has everything we need and clean. There is a small study desk that I set up for work for a couple days. Kitchen/laundry room has good space and a table with 4 chairs. In house washer/dryer is very convenient. It will be helpful if there are a few more kitchenware, such as cutting knife and chopping board. Bathroom room is a bit small but functional. The floor is a little slippery when wet, especially coming out of the shower. Quiet neighborhood. Feel safe. Overall a good place. Will stay again.

Our stay at this charming historic home in Vallejo was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We especially loved having a fully stocked kitchen. A lovely bottle of red wine was waiting for us when we arrived. There were also complimentary snacks like trail mix and popcorn—perfect for settling in after a day of travel or sightseeing. The apartment blends vintage character with modern comforts. The space itself is beautiful, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub for soaking, and plenty of natural light. The owners, SuArra and Christopher, live on the property and are very friendly and available if you need any help. Christopher even invited us to help ourselves to fresh herbs and vegetables from their garden, which we really appreciated. This was the perfect base for exploring wine country. We’d absolutely return!

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Megan’s place was located in a beautiful and quaint part of Lafayette. Lots of nature, and we even saw two baby deer playing in the yard in the morning. If you enjoy walking it’s only about a 15 minute walk to town. The place itself is a gorgeous studio located on the ground floor of a shared house. Megan’s character can be seen throughout the studio and it is equipped with all the essentials for a great stay.

Lovely ,quiet space. Very comfortable and nice living area with lots of outside light in the family room with a commanding view of the Bay. Great grocery store in walking distance. Janet was a wonderful host and if you need anything she is there to help. Would stay there again in a minute!

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was spotless & exactly as described. Comfortable bed. Wonderful swimming pool. Dave was fantastic and communicated extremely well with very fast response. Thanks to Dave & his wonderful property, this was a special trip.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep. We appreciated the soft, fluffy towels available, even though we didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen. The grounds of the property are beautiful, and having a Starbucks within sight was a lovely bonus for that morning caffeine boost. However, the coffee provided in the condo was perfect for our needs, and we took full advantage of it. Getting around Napa was a breeze with quick Uber services available whenever we needed them. Overall, we had no issues at all and can't wait to come back!

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

The absolute perfect choice for our stay in Napa! The condo was clean, quiet and so comfortable. Debbie went above and beyond with her suggestions, communication throughout and even stocked the fridge with many breakfast goodies for us - an unexpected surprise!
