There are plenty of places to relax! The kitchen is fully stocked. Parking on property. Check in 3PM- Out 11AM Early/late extra 75 dollars. *NO PETS* Unauthorized party $1000 fee. Party = more than the 12 person limit. NO exceptions. $100 fee for smoking inside. $500 if anything is found in toilet drain and needs plumber.
