Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hermitage, Nashville

I loved this little house! It has a dog door that leads to a cute fenced in yard for the dogos! Emily was very accommodating and helpful. We needed a covered carport and she had the perfect spot to dry out from the rain and work on our trailer. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and to my surprise she had Puerto Rican coffee in the cabinet!! The most amazing cup of coffee and a taste of home! Thanks Emily, you have a lovely place!

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

It was very comfortable and clean! There were modern furnishings but not an overwhelming amount of decor. A towel or two seemed a tad damp, but u think maybe the dryer didn’t get them completely done. The host was very helpful and responsive!

The house was great and worked very well for me on the trip. Proximity to the airport is fantastic, but it's not loud or annoying. Quiet community. Will definitely come back

This was a much needed oasis on our way to Bonnaroo. It was great to have a very good night's sleep before heading out to what ended up being a flooded festival. Was hoping to stay again after. The coffee corner is a life saver.

Very nice place, great host. Neely's Bend feels almost rural, which is cool and unexpected given how close it is to the center of Nashville. Only thing to be aware of is that this location does mean it can take a little bit of time to get places, depending on which direction you are headed. Thank you for a great stay!

Koala Hotel is exactly as described! Safe, quiet neighborhood setting perfect for two! Close to restaurants, shopping and an easy commute to downtown. The owners were knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely a repeat visit is in order. Thank you Anne and Lisa! We hope to see you again.

Can't say enough about Mike and Vickie and their place. Very, very responsive and helpful hosts. Their place was a reflection of them - top notch. They recommended lots of great places to eat, were extremely helpful and accommodating for our late check in, offered to do any laundry or dishes we may have wanted done during our stay, and are just all around great people. The airbnb was recently renovated and is just beautiful from top to bottom. I would absolutely recommend staying with them. This was by far the most positive, accommodating airbnb experience that I have ever had. Really enjoyed chatting with Mike and Vickie on the big deck and getting to know them as well. Thank you both!!

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Great place. Highly recommend. Super cute and quiet. Bathroom does not have a door but not an issue for us. 10/10

it was so lovely to stay at Jenny and Dave's place! They made us feel very welcome and were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. It's a quiet neighborhood, and it was very easy to get to anywhere we needed to be, only 20 minutes from the airport! I would definitely stay here if I'm visiting Nashville again.

Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Holly’s condo was perfect for my stay! It not only was very beautiful but also in a location that felt private. The directions for check in and check out were very clear and concise. Would definitely recommend for a group of 2-4!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We chose this place because it was close enough to downtown but not right in the midst of the chaos! It was perfect for a home base to go back, relax and get ready. The place felt safe and comfortable! Love all the fun decor! Highly recommended grabbing some scooters and cruising to centennial park and grabbing sandwiches at 51st deli!! Easy to get Ubers for decent price to Broadway. Thanks for letting us call your place home for the week! We had a great time!!

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed this place for my husband and I’s honeymoon. A short ten-ish minute drive from the airport and it was walking distance to downtown or broadway. We were able to walk to restaurants or bars and then Lyft if needed afterwards to get back. The LED light-up mirrors and vanity station was a perfect setup to get ready. The shower was wonderful with a ledge to hold items. There were so many amenities in David’s place, I could have packed extremely light. Some of my favorites amenities were the lint roller, in-shower supplies, razors, clothes hangers, tide-pods for use in the washer, snacks in the pantry— I really could talk about how comfortable they each made the trip forever. The lights around the master bed were a nice touch to help see at night while the lights were off. The duvet was wonderful and kept us cool. The blackout curtains made the daytime much easier. The kitchen glasses were such a treat for drinks during the day. I loved everything this place had to offer!

Ray and Connie’s was one of the nicest Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!! Beautiful place with just about anything you could ever need. Very responsive hosts and incredible clean space. Nothing bad to say and can’t wait to be back!!
