He remains readily available for any questions or requests throughout your stay, making the experience feel effortless and welcoming. The location is unbeatable. With an ocean view and just steps from one of Tel Aviv’s finest beaches, it’s also a short stroll to the vibrant flea market. In short—perfection. No need to keep looking. This is the one.

We spent an amazing long weekend in this apartment. It’s modernized, super comfortable bed, breathtaking view! Communication with Shimi was seamless from the beginning till the end. Thank you!

Very good duplex spacious apartment ..

Travelers can expect a nice large kitchen open to a large living area, nice sized covered porch and any amenity needed in the home. The host is fantastic! Great street parking AND a garage spot comes with. You can’t go wrong!

Wonderful Unit with an incredible view! everything worked perfectly so we did not have to contact management for any fixtures. The location is the best in Tel Aviv, close to Lewisnky shuk and Yaffo, a 10 minute walk to the beach makes this apartment a jewel, most important it has PARKING, while in Tel Aviv that is a Jewel

Great location! Two minute walk to the beach. Convenient to lots of great restaurants. Spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed for the week.

We enjoyed living in Jaffa. It was so convenient. The appartment is well situated in the beachfront of Jaffa, close to resturant’s and easy walk to the waterfront area and Tel Avivi areas. The complex has a sea water pool with loungers and a clean gym, which we used. The apartment has all the amenities one needs to be extremely comfortable. The balcony hosted an outdoor table and chairs to watch the Israeli sun sets. We will be back. We highly recommend this appartment when visiting Israel.

Our stay was great, nice apartment, close to the beach. We really enjoyed it. Rotem also gave us a lot of tips what to do and to visit. Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect and had everything you needed just what we asked for , Two bedrooms , kitchen , living room and of course a balcony with an amazing view!! Thank you Alexander (Daniel's father) who was always available and very helpful with any questions or requests . The place is wonderful, quiet and fenced and has everything !! We enjoyed every minute , sure to be reclaimed :)

Very cool appartment. Good with 2 bathrooms. Close to Nice restaurants and Tel-Aviv /Jaffo. And the beach. I really enjoyed the terasse. And a well equipped citchen. I will defenatly come back. Serge Was also a very Nice host. If you needed him, ore had any questions.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Before booking I was scared from the previous review But since I knew this place I knew there was a mistake In contacting the owner, he explained to me that the one who put the wrong review only stayed one day in the accommodation and that this person certainly has problems writing defamatory comments for free for only one night. The accommodation has an exceptional square a stone's throw from the marina with restaurants of all kinds, cafes and entertainment The residence's swimming pool is nice and clean The accommodation is functional, clean and well equipped for a large family. We had a good time thank you so much we'll be back!

A great apartment! The apartment definitely lived up to the photos. The host went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

It was the most gorgeous sunset ever! The kids loved playing golf, swimming in the pool and playing at the playgrounds. The gardens are stunning, the beaches are gorgeous and the history is interesting. Our stay was so lovely! Amazing hosts! Very homely

We stayed at Doron's beautiful home for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The house itself was so spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and outdoor garden space. Communication was so easy and Doron was such a gracious host. There is a grocery store, Cafe and playground within a 5 minute easy walk. Lovely stay, lovely host, absolutely recommend. Thank you Doron for everything!!

Had a great stay. Booked 2 of nissim's flats including this one (3 min walking distance from each other) for 2 toddlers and 5 grown ups. The apartments were super clean and comfy. Had everything you would need for your stay. Nissim even provided us with milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The compound has play grounds for kids, 2 heated swimming pools close by and open for guests and a small supermarket. The kids had plenty to do during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Amazing garden for kids, they loved it! Highly recommended for 2 small families who want to get away from the city and chill ☺️ in a beautiful garden!
