Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Here you will find rest and time to relax. Although you are located in the middle of nature, it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city. (Belgium 20 min, Netherlands 10 min.) Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
