With nice weather you can enjoy the sitting area outside or visit the beach at 4 km. Centrally located in cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House not suitable for groups of friends)

Always wanted to sleep during class? The Old School is there for you. We offer a Bed & Breakfast apartment in a former school building (build in 1900) in Schiedam. The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for three people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request 10 euro p.p.

Forest and beach are within walking and biking distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and up to 8 people , age from 35.

In the cozy village of Oostvoorne stands this luxurious romantic cottage "het Duin" with beautiful unobstructed views. The Duin is close to the center of Oostvoorne, beach (1 km), beautiful dunes and forest. The ideal environment to unload. You can go hiking, cycling, mountain biking, water sports or the cozy fortified towns of Brielle or Hellevoetsluis. Het Duin has a loft/ bunk bed with double bed, kitchenette with microwave, Nespresso, kettle and private terrace with lounge sofa

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Apartment includes 2 floors of a 1930s house with roof terrace in the center of Hoek van Holland. Several supermarkets are in walking distance. Except for some chatting seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 min walking distance from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has cozily decorated, has a private entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, biking and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space and the location is also easily accessible by public transportation.

This unique property has its own style and is centrally located in the Westland. Naaldwijk is a cozy village with ample possibilities to eat or do some shopping. The beach is a 15 minutes away by car. Apart from the fact that it is a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Where the b&b can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
