A Queen Ann Victorian triplex, this unit is located on the main level and offers 1500 sq ft of living space and a one stall garage for parking in addition to street parking. A large living room with two sofas, two chairs, a 55" smart TV, formal dining room open to the living room, featuring a built-in hutch and a custom-made antique dining set. The updated kitchen is stocked for cooking and the bath features a walk-in shower.
