Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hietzing

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook yourself. The beds were comfortable, everything you needed was there, and even the little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking directly on site. In short: an all-round successful package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you Martin, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in your fully equipped vacation home. For all who will read these lines: You can sleep peacefully here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then be on the edge of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, i.e. the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favorite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. We were in the center of Vienna in about 50 minutes by bus and then the subway. Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

We had a great stay in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace with no neighbors opposite is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only 5 minutes away by car. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place for - especially for short parties: Super fast and uncomplicated contact, one hour after booking I was able to check in, everything was explained in person - I got 2 more blankets 😊 - The sauna was the highlight on the cold evening. And even though I was actually late for breakfast, I got another espresso. Absolutely recommended and VERY HAPPY TO COME BACK! Thank you!

Bernhard was very gentle and proactive with me and my family. The apartment was very clean, confortable and It was near a tran line, so It was easy to go to every part of the city. It's a good option If you're going to stay some days in Vienna!

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

Chez Christine was fantastic, and Daniela was a great host/communicator. The location is easy to get to with public transportation, the neighborhood is quiet but loaded with wonderful local restaurants, and it was simply a pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Gunther's flat was excellent. A nice, spacious, very quiet place. The kitchen was well equipped and had the necessary things in order to drink a coffee/tea and cook basic things. We are grateful!Thanks for everything!

Annemarie and Motti's apartment was really perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed, very quiet place. No surrounding noise, even with the windows open. It's perfect for resting after a long day of walking. Non-touristy neighborhood, which we greatly appreciate. The proximity of two metro stations and grocery stores makes its location really very convenient. Although we unfortunately did not have the chance to meet our hosts in person, we received messages from them several times to make sure everything was going well. In conclusion, we highly recommend Annemarie and Motti's apartment. It turns out to be an excellent choice!! Thanks again you two! ☺️ Nathalie und Pierre

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

The Ronen's place was just perfect. The flat is located very close to Schönbrunn Pałace and beautiful city park. Very well communicated with the city center by U-bahn and autobuses. Ronen came to us personally for the check-in, which was extremely nice and kind. I am fully recommending Ronen's place for stay in Vienna!

What a great place! Armin’s place was so beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. From a hair dryer to every cutlery and cooking utensils, it felt right at home. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The piano was a nice touch as well. Armin was so responsive and answered any question I had. Great place, so worth the price, would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again. I’m very pleased.

Very convenient location, easy access to public transportation, and a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the inner city area. Fun restaurants and a large grocery are just around the corner. Apartment is beautifully renovated and as described. One does need to crawl into the bed, and toilet room is separate from the shower room, but it was easy to get used to these quirks of a creative restoration. Outdoor deck was a real bonus. Bottom line, we loved it!

This place was exactly what we needed! Cozy and cute scandanavian style apartment. Elena was very responsive and friendly. Bed linen was fresh and clean and place was spotless. Also had extra amenities for our use, washing machine, drying rack, a fan for air conditioning! Just walking distance from the Schönbrunne palace and next to the U3 which will take you to the centrum. Thank you Elena for a wonderful stay!

The stay at Anna’s apartment was wonderful! She was an excellent host who communicated all the instructions very well and was so kind. Our 11 month old daughter had everything she needed here and we were so happy to be in a place that felt like a home :) The pool was a beautiful bonus with a breathtaking view of Vienna! We would love to come back again!
