It is very convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and delicious restaurants nearby. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports.
